| 摘 要： | 随着信息技术的迅猛发展,在旅游需求趋于多元化和个性化的同时,旅游企业满足现代复杂多变的旅游需求的能力和手段也逐渐增强。旅游服务的信息化创新给我国旅游业带来了革命性的变化。信息化设备与旅游服务技术创新、在线旅游与旅游服务方式创新以及电子商务与旅游服务市场创新给旅游业带来了新的生机。

| Abstract: | With rapid development of science and technology,as well as increasingly diversified and personalized tourism demands,tourism enterprises gradually improve their capacities and methods to satisfy the complicated and changeable tourism demands.Tourism service innovations based on information technology have brought revolutionary changes to tourism industry in China.Innovations in information and technology equipment,online travel,e-commerce and their integration into tourism service have brought new vitalities for the tourism industry. |
