| 摘 要： | 建设现代物流园区可以减少物流活动对城市交通的压力和对环境的不利影响,促进城市用地调整,提高物流经营规模效益,满足仓库建设大型化发展的要求。针对现代物流园区的经济开发区模式、主体企业引导模式、综合运作模式等,应遵循科学选址、统一规划、市场化运作等原则,采取措施,加强物流园区的建设管理。

| Abstract: | To construct modern logistic park can lessen the pressure of logistic activities to city transport and negative influence to city environment,accelerate the adjustment of city land,improve scale-profit of logistic business,and meet the large-scale development of warehouse construction.In the light of the models of open economic area guided by leading enterprise and comprehensive operation,etc.to build modern logistic park,we should follow the principles of choosing place properly,planning it integrated and marketing operation to take methods to improve the construction and management of logistic park. |
