| 摘 要： | 中小商业企业是我国社会主义市场经济的重要组成部分.在意识到信息技术与电子商务的重要作用后,我国的中小商业企业已经开始发展电子商务.本文基于对中小商业企业电子商务的机遇与问题的研究,作者给出一些对策与建议.

| Abstract: | Small and medium-sized commercial enterprises (SMCEs), is an integral part of china's socialist market economy. Having recognized the importance of IT and E-commerce, Chinese SMCEs have started their E-commerce programs. Based on the study of the opportunities and problems of SMCE's E-commerce, some suggestions for developing E-commerce were also proposed. |
