| 摘 要： | 农村公共财政体制建设是我国公共服务体系建设中的重要部分,新农村建设离不开公共财政的支持。由于公共财政制度不完善,导致经济与社会发展出现不协调现象。今后应通过加快对农村公共产品的补偿性供给,促进农村经济发展,推进新农村建设。
