京津冀城市群内产业流动与环境平衡分析

要从根本上解决京津冀区域的环境问题，就要站在区域战略高度，优化区域内的产业结构，形成空间梯度辐射的城市群，发展生态产业，延伸产业链，实现产业链的闭合循环，建立“资源消耗－生产－消费－再利用”的可持续发展模式，以实现资源的高效利用和循环利用，最大限度地降低资源消耗，减少排放，从人与自然的对立转变为人与自然的和谐，这是京津冀区域经济一体化发展所选择的唯一路径。

On Flow of Industry and Environmental Equilibrium in City Clusters in Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei Province

In order to radically solve regional environmental problems in Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei Province, it is neeessary to optimize regional industrial structure, develop eco-industry, extend industry chains, achieve closed-circuit of industry chains, and establish a pattern of sustainable development ： resources consumption - manufacture - consumption - recycle from the strategic viewpoint. As a result, city clusters will be formed with mega cities as the core so that they can boost development of small and medium-sized cities and become new poles of economic growth. Only in this way can we efficiently exploit and recycle resources, and reduce consumption of resources and emission to achieve harmony between human and nature. We must realize it is the best way to realize regional economic integration in Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei Province.
