| 摘 要： | 两岸在签订ECFA后更为关注的是如何深化两岸产业合作,创新合作机制,促进双方产业的协调发展。本文基于国际产业转移的背景和特点,探讨两岸在先进制造业与现代服务业领域目前的合作情况,剖析其存在的制约因素,并从技术创新与转移、产业共同治理以及资源共享机制三个层面探讨如何建立产业协同机制。文章最后从四个方面提出了促进双方产业协调发展的政策构想。
