摘    要:森林生态系统在全球碳循环与平衡中具有极为重要和不可替代的作用。黑龙江省森林资源丰富,是我国最主要的林区,巨大的"碳汇"既具有重要的生态功能,也蓄藏着潜在的巨大经济利益。本文运用森林蓄积量扩展法,依据黑龙江省《关于加强林业强省建设的决定》中确立的目标,分别计算了黑龙江省2010年和2020年的森林生物量碳汇贸易潜力和森林全部碳汇贸易潜力。计算结果表明黑龙江省森林碳汇贸易潜力巨大。与此同时,本文在实证研究的基础上,为了使黑龙江省的森林碳汇贸易潜力得以更好地发挥,也提出了一些可行性建议,这些建议能否收到实效,还有待实践予以证明。

Abstract:The forest ecosystem is of great importance and has the unreplace-able function in the global carbon cycle and balance.Rich forest resources in Heilongjiang Province,which is China’s most important forest areas,as a huge "carbon sinks",not only has important ecological functions,but also contains a huge potential economic benefits.Utilizing forestry growing stock amount propaga-tion method,based on the goals built in "Decision to Strengthen Forestry Build-ing in Heilongjiang Province",this paper calculates the trade potential of forest-ry biomass-based carbon sinks and the overall forestry carbon sinks in 2010 and 2020.The results show that trade in forest carbon sinks in Heilongjiang Province has great potential.At the same time,based on the empirical analysis,the paper proposes some feasible proposals for better utilizing the trade potential of forest-ry carbon sinks in the Heilongjiang Province,and whether these proposals are ef-fective,it needs to be proved by practice.
