| 摘 要： | 中国汽车产业技术学习是构建国家创新体系的重要组成部分。通过文献分析、基本统计分析和定性分析后发现:在基本格局上,内资后发优势与外资技术优势共同塑造的中国汽车产业技术学习新景观导致了外资在竞争格局中具有主导地位,汽车产业日益向三大都市圈集聚,但学习效率上存在行业整体和个体差异,其技术水平和自主开发能力在总体上逐渐提升;在模式选择上,中国汽车产业技术学习模式的合资合作倾向和重组并购倾向同时并存,但在发展道路的性质上,"市场换技术"政策导致的依附发展局面和"走出去"政策对汽车产业自立发展的推动,突显了政策的重要作用;在自主品牌创建及学习绩效上,合资模式侧重于"开发",具有"合资+自主"混合创新特征,而民营模式更注重"探索",具有"自主+合作"开放式自主创新特征。
