| 摘 要： | 旅游目的地是低碳旅游发展必须依托的空间载体,在充分吸收现有成果的基础上,对低碳旅游目的地核心理念进行了解读,并从低碳旅游目的地核心理念以及其涵盖内容的角度出发,运用专家咨询法和层次分析法相结合的方法,构建由目标层、准则层、要素层和指标层所组成的低碳旅游目的地综合评价指标体系。
