| 摘 要： | 都市经济圈的研究是目前国内外区域经济发展研究的热点之一。兰白都市经济圈是甘肃经济地理的重塑,它的构建不仅将成为甘肃区域经济发展的助推器,而且可对白银市注入新的活力和提供转型的新机遇。通过白银资源枯竭转型的现状调查和问题分析,指出白银市应及早转变发展观念,积极融合于兰白都市经济圈中,进行区域发展战略的创新,通过圈内产业联动打造核心工业基地和沿黄特色农业带、城市联动规划进行城市再造、生态联动创建生态文明、行政联动实现兰白行政一体化等战略,完成白银市的经济和社会转型,逐步走上良性的可持续发展路子。基于都市经济圈视角下资源枯竭型城市发展转型的思路,对其他面临或正在转型的城市具有一定的借鉴意义。
