| 摘 要： | 川、渝、黔、桂四省市区高技术产业发展虽然存在诸多问题,如行业整体水平低,经济增长方式相对粗放,科技活动经费的筹集对政府的依赖性较强,科技活动人员的技术结构层次较低,技术创新成果的转化率低,且新产品的产业化扩张也显不足,等等;但从内部来看,其行业优势具有互补性.因此,应积极开展区域合作,整合各种经济资源,共建成-渝-筑-邕高技术产业带.

| Abstract: | High - tech development level between Sichuan, Chongqing, Guizhou and Guangxi is lower and economic growth is lower and expenses collection mainly depends on governments. Researchers have lower technological structure and transformation rate of technology innovation is lower and industrial expanding of new products is lower. We should construct high-tech industrial zones between Sichuan, Chongqing, Guizhou and Guangxi by relocating regional resources because their industrial advantages can support each ocher. |
