| 摘 要： | (2006年5月16日)同志们:党中央、国务院历来高度重视地质工作。胡锦涛总书记多次作过重要指示和批示,并强调要加大重要矿产资源勘查开发力度,增加接替资源。《国务院关于加强地质工作的决定》(以下简称《决定》)2006年1月20日发布后,3月25日温家宝总理就贯彻落实《决定》专门做出了六条重要批示,提出了明确的要求。4月3日至4日国务院在北京召开了全国地质大会,曾培炎副总理出席了会议并作了重要讲话,孙文盛部长受国务院委托作了会议发言和会议总结,提出了贯彻落实《决定》的具体措施。4月6日曾培炎副总理还在《人民日报》发表了题为“全面落…
