| 摘 要： | 创新是企业的致胜法宝,管理是企业的灵魂。知识经济时代,企业原有的常规型管理必将被创新型管理所取代。知识是促进创新型管理的主要动力,企业要实现创新型管理,必须首先注重知识管理,同时提高其他相关管理职能,建立相应管理机制。

| Abstract: | Innovation is the weapon for enterprises to success,and management is the soul of enterprises.In the time of knowledge-based economy,the original routine management of enterprises will definitely be replaced by innovative management.Knowledge is the main motive power which promotes innovative management.Therefore,in order to achieve innovative management,enterprises should first pay attention to knowledge management(KM),and at the same time improve other correlative management functions,and establish corresponding management mechanism. |
