高职院校多校区管理策略研究

近年来，随着高职院校的异军突起，多校区已成为高职院校的一种新的组织形式。该文提出了高职院校多校区的管理策略：凝聚整体实力，施行人本管理；做好统筹规划，实施战略管理；革新管理手段，提高管理效率；加强新校区建设，创建高职特色；整合教育资源，节省管理成本。

Research of Management Strategy for Multi-campus of Higher Vocational Colleges

In recent years,along with the rapid development of vocational colleges,Multi-campus has become a new style of organization for vocational colleges. This paper has brought research of management strategy for multi-campus of vocational colleges: to agglomerate the whole strength and implement the humanistic management;to make overall plans and take all factors into consideration and carry out strategy management;to reform management means and increase management efficiency;to enhance multi-campus development and create special features;to integrate education resources and save management cost.
