外商直接投资对环境规制的影响

本文利用PanelData模型和Granger因果关系模型对我国FDI与环境规制之间的关系作了实证分析。检验结果发现,环境规制确实对我国各个地区引进外资具有一定影响,而且这种影响呈现为负效应。当然,决定FDI的因素主要是经济市场化进程和经济发展水平,环境规制严格化对FDI流入的影响较小。但是,研究环境规制与FDI之间的相关关系及其对经济增长的影响,对我国加入世贸组织后正确处理引进外资与环境保护及经济增长之间的关系,具有重要的政策参考价值及前瞻性意义。

Does Foreign Direct Investment Have Effect on Environmental Regulations?

Employing panel data model and Granger causal relation model, this paper positively studies the relationship between foreign direct investment(FDI)and environmental regulations. Experiential result shows that environmental regulations undoubtedly have certain effects on each region's attracting foreign capital in China, and the effects are negative. Of course, the determinative factors in FDI are the course of economic marketization and economic development level, and stringently environmental regulations have an unimportant effect comparatively. But the study on the correlation relationship between environmental regulations and FDI has very important decision-referenced value and strategical significance on managing the relationship between foreign capital attracting, environmental protection and economic growth properly after entry into WTO.
