| 摘 要： | 确保系统的可靠性是产品质量提升的基本保障,但系统会因运转逐渐退化,可靠性降低,直到完全失效,而增加运行成本、生产损失成本和维护成本。探讨系统的维护优化策略,降低单位时间的总成本一直是人们所关注的问题。本文针对不能自动预警系统,采取预防维护和周期性的预防更换,借鉴恢复因子的思想建立有可靠性约束的风险-成本预防维护模型,最后采用遗传算法进行实例计算。 |

| Abstract: | This paper presents periodic preventive maintenance of system with deteriorated equipments by an increasing failure rate.Minimal repair,preventive maintenance and preventive replacement are to be scheduled within a finite time horizon.Genetic algorithm is proposed a to determine the number of preventive maintenance and each maintenance interventions before the preventive replacement in order to minimize the total cost associated with minimal repair cost,preventive maintenance cost and replacement cost under a constraint on the minimum acceptable reliability lever. |
