甲萘酚代替萘乙二胺测定水中苯胺类化合物

摘    要:在 p H为 1 2的硼砂 -氢氧化钠缓冲液中苯胺类化合物的重氮盐与甲萘酚的显色反应迅速 ,显色液可稳定 2 h以上。用甲萘酚代替萘乙二胺测定苯胺类化合物 ,简便 ,快速 ,稳定。苯胺类化合物的质量浓度在 0 .0 3~ 2 .8mg/L范围内符合比尔定律 ,线性相关系数为 0 .9999。该法与废水中苯胺类化合物标准测定方法相比结果一致

Abstract:The color reaction diazos with naphthol in borax sodium hydroxide buffer systemunder the condition of pH 12 has been studied,and the results show that the color reaction is rapid and the color keeps stable over two hours under the experimental condition.The method is simple,fast and stable,in conformity with Beers law wihin 0.03~2.8 mg/L of aniling concentration with the Linear coefficience of 0.999 9.The results of determining anilines in wasterwater by this method are consistent with those by the standard method.
