催化氧化技术试验研究

摘    要:以化工废水为研究对象,采用改进的羟基自由基催化氧化技术进行处理,出水水质稳定。当实验条件为催化剂质量分数为80%,氧化剂投加量为2500mg/L,pH为3,气水比为6,反应时间60min时,小试试验COD去除率达到70.7%,现场中试试验COD平均去除率达到60%。

Abstract:The chemical wastewater was treated by improved hydroxyl radical catalytic oxidation process,the effluent's quality is stable.When the process conditions were as follows:catalyst mass concentration was 80%,oxidants dosage was 2 500 mg/L,pH was 3,ratio of air to water was 6,reaction time was 60 min,the small test removal rate of COD was 70.7% and the pilot test removal rate of COD was 60%.
