| Abstract: | Through analyzing the two restricting conditions that affacting the effectively application of strategic trade policy, the author preferred that basicly our country has fulfilled the two conditions of applying strategic trad e policy under WTO structure, but the effects of it will be weakened becaused of incomplete information. |
