Due to the market situation and the international financial crisis, the tilapia aquaculture of China appeared a vicious circle of increased production without the increased income. Through analyzing the tilapia aquaculture and processing status, series product development, comprehensive utilization of waste, preferential policies of the government, and tilapia domestic market, a feasible approach to promote the tilapia aquaculture and industry development has been putted forward. It is a reference for the rapid development of tilapia aquaculture and industry in China.
