| Abstract: | The article analyzes the transportation operation characteristics and financial management of joint-venture companies and proposes the basic mode of strengthening finance management,which is the concentration management.The main tasks and methods is illustrated from four perspectives,strengthening budget management,intensifying fund management and risk control,straightening out interior economic relations and improving financial supervision. |
