利他行为、社会资本与制度演化

本文通过对利他行为的分类分析,探讨了在社会交往中,利他行为的基本动因在于获取社会资本,以保障个体的生物存续和社会存续,从而将其统一到主流经济学的成本—收益范式上来。然后以此为出发点,以群体中的个体,到群体,再到众多相互竞争着的群体构成的社会或生态圈为脉络,探讨了制度均衡以及制度演化的过程,解释了导致均衡和演化的关键性因素,希望以此为制度演化的经济学研究提供有益的思路。

Altruistic Behavior,Social Capital and Institutional Evolution

This article analyzes the altruistic behaviors. It is found that the basic cause of altruistic behaviors in social interactions is to get enough social capitals to ensure the biological and social existing of individuals, which can be analyzed with the “cost-revenue” economic model. Then upon this foundation, we establish a model to probe into the process of institutional equilibrium and institutional evolution, from individuals to colonies and to the whole ecological circle or society with many colonies competing each other. At the end, the key factors, which lead to equilibrium and evolution, are provided. It is hoped that this research can show some enlightenment to the economic research of institutional evolution.
