浙江中小企业发展破坏性创新策略研究

随着信息技术、生物技术和新材料等高新技术的迅猛发展以及全球一体化进程的加快，企业的技术创新在如何平衡维持性创新和破坏性创新方面的实践越显重要，破坏性创新成为企业自主创新并实现跨越式发展的关键。近年来，浙江经济实现了持续快速增长，并向着良性循环轨道迈进。然而，资源环境约束和企业能力限制仍是制约浙江经济发展的重要因素，能否解决经济发展中的深层次矛盾和问题，取决于浙江中小企业开展破坏性创新能力的提高。本文运用动态能力理论和模块化的相关理论对破坏性创新进行理论分析，并结合浙江省中小企业技术创新的实践情况，提出了浙江中小企业开展破坏性创新的若干策略。
