| 摘 要： | 风景名胜区作为主要的旅游吸引物，在旅游业中起着重要的作用。但现行风景名胜区管理体制存在着权限界定不清、政企不分、利益划分不明确等矛盾．以国家级风景名胜区邛崃市天台山为实证，分析天台山景区现行管理体制主要弊端，提出天台山风景名胜区管理体制改革的初步探索性意见。

| Abstract: | Scenic areas ,as the main tourism resource ,p;ay an important role in the tourist industry. However ,contradictions exist in the management system of scenic areas ,such as unclear definition of both right limit and benefits ,confusion of administrative owner and management rights of enterprises. This paper,taking Tiantian mountain as an example,analyses the major drawback concerning the present management system and offers some counter measures on improving its management. |
