| 摘 要： | 本文试图从制度创新的角度出发,探讨制约农民收入增长的制度障碍,寻求保持农业持续、稳定增长,农村经济全面发展,农民收入有效增加,以及打破传统的城乡二元结构,缩小城乡之间和地区之间收入分配差距的解决途径及制度选择。

| Abstract: | From the system innovation angle,we discuss the system barrier which restricts the farmer's income increase,and seek the solution and the system to maintain the stable growth in agriculture,the comprehensive development in the rural economy and the rapid increase in the farmer's income as to break the traditional dual structures and reduce the income assignment disparity between the city and countryside area. |
