| 摘 要： | 我国农村土地的承包期至少为30年,林地的承包期则为30年至70年,随着农村劳动力向城镇转移、当地劳动人口减少等因素造成的人地矛盾,农村"谁来种地"、"怎样种地"成为绕不过的严峻问题,如何解决规模经营和农业产业化中遇到的土地调整困难,是深化"三农"改革面临的重要课题。本文对农村土地流转的形式进行了概括性分析,并对存在的问题及对策进行了阐述。

| Abstract: | The contract period of rural land is at least 30 years and that of forest land is from 30 years to 70 years.With rural labor mobility to urban areas,who and how to cultivate the land are the severe problems must be faced with.How to solve the difficulties of land adjustment in large-scale operation and agriculture industrialization is a tough task that deepening the reform of agriculture,rural areas and farmers must be faced with.The paper analyzes the form of rural land transfer and sets forth the existing problems and countermeasures. |
