| 摘 要： | 文章在归纳总结物流成本的构成与分类的基础上,指出物流及物流成本管理的系统特性,并提出通过系统控制方式来管理物流成本的思路。基于物流成本管理的系统化控制观点,建议从物流成本核算体系、物流供应链优化、物流成本控制绩效评估3个方面加强物流成本管理。

| Abstract: | Based on the analysis and summarization about the construction and catalog of logistics cost, this paper comes to the conclusion that logistics and its cost management are of systematical character and puts forward the viewpoint that logistics cost can be controlled systematically. Based on this viewpoint, this paper suggests a system approach of logistics cost control in three aspects: the checking system of logistics cost, the technique of making the logistics supply chains excellent to turn and the evaluation on efficiency in controlling logistics cost. |
