| 摘 要： | 社会创业者是那些致力于用商业的规则大规模地解决社会问题的人们，他们所得的盈余用于扶助弱势群体、促进社区发展和社会企业本身的投资。文章在分析国内外相关组织和学者对社会创业者概念和特质的理论研究的基础上，给出了几个国内外成功的社会创业者的典范，并进一步分析了中国社会催生社会创业者成长发育的条件和历史事件。
