In recent years,many countries' financial supervision system also emerges the transition trend from separate regulatory body to comprehensive function monitor with the change of financial business from separate business to mixed mode.This paper expatiated the meaning of agency supervisory and function regulatory,and analyzed comparatively advantages and disadvantages of agency supervisory and function regulatory,as well as financial supervision practice of several major countries in the world,provide thinking and recommendations of China's financial regulatory system on this basis finally.
