东北目前面临的发展困境,其主要问题在于经济体制转型的过程中观念滞后,改革开放的步伐没有跟上,在经济发展进程中形成的产业结构、所有制结构等经济结构不合理,制约了经济的发展。因此,振兴东北经济就要从东北地区的比较优势出发,充分发挥区域经济的特色,寻求适合东北地区经济特点的振兴之路。

Exploring the Way to the Revival of Northeast Economy

The troubles encountering the northeast development are due to the outdated opinions during the course of our economic system shift and also the steps are slow to practice reform and opening,and the unreasonable industrial structures,unreasonable ownership structures and unreasonable economic structures also limit the development of the old northeast industrial base.Therefore,comparative advantage should be considered and the feature of regional economy should be brought into play in reviving the old northeast industrial base in order to quest for the road to reviving it.
