| 摘 要： | 介绍使用 A-B公司的 1 3 3 6F变频器及 SLC-50 0系列处理器的使用。本系统采用编程软件 Rslogix50 0实现对 PL C梯形图的设计 ,PL C的 PID指令通过该处理器的专用PID指令完成。通过下载程序到 PL C完成对变频器的控制 ,从而实现恒压供水。通过无线电台实现水厂中控室与各补压井的通讯 ,实现本地控制和远程控制。系统采用现代网络技术将不同地理位置的计算机和机电设备连接起来 ,实现群体办公 ,远程控制访问。

| Abstract: | The use of adjustabale frequency AC drivce 1336F and series processor SLC-500 is introduced in this article.In this system the programble software Rslogix 500 is used to realize the design of PLC ladder-sharped.The PID orders of PLC are provided by special PID orders of the system.Through down loading program to PLC,the AC drive is controlled and then the water supply with contant pressure is realized.The radio apparatus is used for communication between plant control center and each well,so that the local and remote control is realized.Because morden network technology links together computes and equipments at different localtions,the co-office and remote control are achieved. |
