| 摘 要： | 政府是推动产业集群共性技术创新的重要主体。首先定义了产业集群共性技术创新平台,然后基于政府作用视角,把当前我国产业集群共性技术创新平台分为:政府主导型、政府合作型、政府鼓励型3种模式,并对政府在平台建设和运行过程中的作用表现、主要优点和缺点进行了比较分析,最后得出了启示。

| Abstract: | Government is an important principal part of impelling generic technology innovation of industrial clusters.The paper firstly defines generic technology innovation terrace of industrial clusters.Based on the view of government function,this paper separates it into three modes:government dominant,government cooperation and government encouragement,and then,comparatively analyzes the behavior,chief advantages and disadvantages of government in the course of construct and operation of the terrace.Finally,this paper focuses on making a systemic revelation. |
