| 摘 要： | 供应商管理库存（VMI）正在被越来越多的企业所采用，它优化了企业的供应链体系，使企业的效益及效率不断得到提高，于是如何能够有效的实施VMI便成为了企业关注的焦点。本文分析了VMI的运行机制，提出了企业有效实施VMI的详细步骤，提炼了VMI的实施要点，并对雀巢和家乐福在VMI方面的合作进行了实证分析，从理论和实际两方面论述了企业如何有效实施VMI来管理库存。

| Abstract: | Vendor Managed Inventory (VMI) is being adopted by more and more enterprises. It has optimized the supply chain systems of enterprises and made benefit and efficiency of enterprises improved constantly, then how VMI can be effectively implemented has become the focus that enterprises pay close attention to. This text analyzed the mechanism that VMI use, put forward the detailed steps of implementing VMI effectively, refined the main point of implementation of VMI, and carried on real example analysis of proving VMI to Nestle and Carrefour. In fact, the text expounded how enterprises implement VMI to manage the stock effectively from theory and practice. |
