| 摘 要： | 诺贝尔经济学奖获得者阿马蒂亚·森不仅是一位福利经济学家,而且也是一位发展经济学家。阿马蒂亚·森把"能力方法"应用于发展经济学,主张以人为本的"能力发展观",并阐释了自由与发展、文化与发展以及发展过程中政府的作用。阿马蒂亚·森的发展观对我国的发展战略以及发展计划的制定具有重要的参考价值。

| Abstract: | Amarty Sen, the Nobel Economic Prize Winner, is not only an economist on welfare economics, but also on development economics. He apply the approaches of capability to development economics, and advocates the outlook on capability development which is based on "taking humanbeing as the center", and explains the role government play in freedom and development, culture and development and during the process of development. Sen's outlook on development is of great reference value for China to formulate the development strategy and plan. |
