| 摘 要： | 改革开放以来,我国城乡差距不缩反扩的原因在于经济发展中城乡政策供给、制度安排的失衡。本文认为,应着力从农民增收、社会保障、土地制度、公共产品供给等方面解决政策供给、制度安排的对称性与协调性,只有这样才能加快城乡差距的缩小,最终实现城乡统筹发展。

| Abstract: | Since the reforming and opening up to the outside world, the cause that the gap between town and the country has been broaden is the unbalance of policy supply and institution arrangement. The paper believes that we must solve the problem of symmetry and coordination of the policy supply and institution arrangement from the growth of income of farmers, social insurance, land institution, supply of public goods. Only doing so can we speed up the velocity to narrow the gap between town and the country and finally realize the development of town and the country in overall arrangements. |
