| 摘 要： | 探讨了城市应急水源地的概念与内涵,以及城市应急水源地建设的作用.在对昆明市水资源现状分析的基础上,指出了昆明市城市供水安全存在结构单一、季风降水不稳定、调水线路过长、地质情况复杂四个方面的潜在威胁,并提出了从应急地下水勘查、应急地下水补给、修建地下水库、建立水安全应急机制四个方面进行昆明市应急水源地建设的初步构想.

| Abstract: | This paper discusses the concept and connotation of urban emergency water source and the effect of establishing urban emergency water source.Based on the analysis of the situation of water resource of Kunming City,this paper points out that water supply safety of Kunming City have been threatened by single structure,instability of season wind precipitation,too long water stretch line,and complex geological situation.It then puts forward four principium supposes,that is,perambulating groundwater,replenishing emergency groundwater,building ground reservoir,and setting up mechanism for emergency water safety. |
