| 摘 要： | 随着经济全球化的发展，我国居民的跨国收入逐年增多，明确自然人居民身份确定标准对维护我国的财税主权而言至关重要。然而目前来看，我国的自然人居民身份确定标准设计得并不完善，“住所”概念模糊、停留时间标准过于复杂，因此，完善住所标准的问题亟待解决。
