人力资本权力配置与企业有效激励

摘    要:在人力资本重要性越来越提升的背景下,激发人力资本投资成为企业激励机制的核心。分析了由专用性主导的高新技术企业的人力资本特征,引入芝加哥大学教授拉詹(Rajan)和津盖尔斯(Zingedes)的进入权理论,对高新技术企业有效激励人力资本专用性投资、配置关键资源的机制进行了探讨,认为所有权安排和进入权配置的配合使用可能对人力资本专用性投资产生更好的激励效果。
