| 摘 要： | 执行方式是人民法院及其执行人员为实现生效法律文书确定的内容而为的执行方法和形式，指的是案件执行的方法和形式。执行艺术是执行人员为实现生效法律文书确定的内容而创造性的执行方式和方法，指的是富有创造性的执行方式和方法。执行方式与执行艺术都属于执行方法论范畴，但执行艺术与执行方式所不同的是，执行艺术本身就含有创新意义。在实践中必须坚持执行方式的改革与执行方式创新。
