| Abstract: | In this paper, the background and status quo of the ＂liaison librarian＂ system are discussed, and the necessity for the establishment of a i, Liaison Librarian＂ system is expounded. The quality and duties of ＂Liaison Librarian＂ are also summarized and six measures of setting up the system have been put forward. |
