| 摘 要： | 目前商业贿赂行为在全世界都比较普遍,尤其是在中国更是发生了许多起严重的商业贿赂案件,在中国医疗行业和企业项目招投标采购中都存在着商业贿赂,因此,对于商业贿赂的经济分析,研究其产生原因、危害和解决办法就显得尤为迫切了。通过构建理论模型对商业贿赂进行了经济分析,指出了其原因和影响的构成因素,并且具体分析了商业贿赂行为的过程和方式,在此基础上提出了一些解决方法。

| Abstract: | In view of the rampant commercial briberies all over the world,especially in Chinese medical industry or during the enterprise project bidding course,the paper presents an economic analysis on it based on a theoretical model in terms of cause,harm and solution.It raises the countermeasures by explaining the process and ways of committing commercial briberies. |
