高职人才培养模式的现实困境与改革措施

人才培养模式的改革与创新已成为制约高等职业院校可持续发展的薄弱环节,因此,审慎地对高职人才培养模式进行改革与创新是提高高等职业院校办学水平,促进高等职业教育向内涵建设发展的重要途径.拟从高职人才培养模式的内涵、困境、改革与措施三方面进行研究,以期待寻求可供高职人才培养模式变革的理论依据及具体改革措施,促进高等职业教育向纵深发展.

Reform and way out of dilemma of the mode of talents cultivation of Higher Vocational Education

Nowadays, the reformation and innovation of talent cultivation mode has become the weak link for the sustainable development of higher vocational colleges. Therefore, reforming and innovating the higher vocational talent cultivation mode carefully is the important way to improve the level of higher vocational colleges and to accelerate the connotation construction of higher vocational education development. This article studies from three aspects of higher vocational talents training mode, the connotation, the difficulties, and the reformation and way out, to look forward to seeking for higher vocational talents training mode reform and the theoretical basis of the specific reform measures, and to promote the further development of higher vocational education.
