摘    要:在引入职业经理人问题上,西方家族企业是没有障碍的.职业经理人进入我国家族企业的主要障碍有两方面:一是家族企业对职业经理人的不信任障碍,解决途径是完善企业内部控制制度、构建职业经理人市场约束机制和扫清企业隐私障碍;二是家族成员的退出刚性障碍,解决思路是建立并硬化家族成员的退出机制,使企业的继承权能够平稳过渡.

Abstract:There are no obstacles for prafessional managers to accessing western Family enterprises.However,there are two major obstacles for them accessing China's enterprises.One is that the family enterprises doesn't trust professional managers.The solution to this problem is to improve the company's internal control system and establish the market mechanism for professional managers and remove the obstacles of enterprise privacy.the other is the rigid obstacles to the withdrawal of family members.The countermeasur...
