| 摘 要： | 文章结合云南省地矿系统的现状 ,分析了云南省地勘单位属地化管理后 ,体制创新的政策条件、资源条件、地勘单位自身条件 ,提出了地勘单位体制创新的三项思路和措施。即建立支柱产业 ,进行战略性结构调整 ,产业重组等。

Then, it points out measures about the innovation, such as establishing prop industry, implementing strategic structural adjustment and industrial reorganization. |
