| 摘 要： | 基于时间竞争条件下企业竞争环境的变化,越来越多现代服装企业愈加重视时间管理.在作为服装产业链终端的零售环节,对于时间成本管理尚未形成一定体系.本文从供应链整体优化角度入手对服装零售时间成本进行分析,探索其产生原因,归纳管理方法.
