论人才创新劳动价值分享权

摘    要:废除只核算一个笼统利润指标进行笼统分配旧体制 ,实行“利润分块责任制”;以社会平均利润 (常规劳动剩余价值 )为最低目标 ,按经理接任时的盈亏额 ,“量化”受托责任 ,向上者奖 ,向下者罚 ;以便在向上时 ,切实计算其“创新劳动价值”,大部留成 ,奖励创新劳动者 ,落实人才创新劳动价值分享权。

Abstract:We should abolish the system that distribute generally only calculating a general profit target, carry out "profit distribution related responsibility system". Taking the social average profit (general labor surplus value) for the lowest target, we can quota the entrusted responsibility according to the quota of profit and loss when a manager take over duty, give premium for who made profit up and punish who made profit down. Then we can actually calculate "the innovation labor value" when profit surpass the target, retain largely, give premium to the innovational laborer and carry out the share right of the brain innovational labor value.
