| 摘 要： | 农村土地流转在我国新农村建设当中意义重大。加大农村人力资本投资、有步骤地减少农业从业人数、增加财政投入、金融政策适度倾斜、加大科技创新力度将有效地促进我国农村土地有序、顺畅流转,从而整合农村土地资源,加速社会主义新农村建设。

| Abstract: | Rural land-use right transfer plays a significant role in rural construction.To increase the investment of human capital,financial input and encourage scientific innovation,systematically reduce the number of rural laborers are measures to safeguard the smooth development of rural land-use right,so as to integrate the resources and speed up the new socialist rural construction. |
