摘    要:人力资源是打造物流企业核心竞争力的关键因素之一,人力资源开发和管理已经上升到战略的高度,物流企业对其关注度亦不断提升。中小物流企业传统人力资源管理模式存在的诸多弊端,已成为其发展进程中面临的主要瓶颈之一。因此,构建柔性化管理体系,以人力资源的柔性化管理提升企业软实力,是目前国内中小物流企业积极探索的方向。
