| 摘 要： | 3PL是现代物流的主要形式,它已成为各行业提高物资流通效率,降低流通成本的有效手段。在建材业中引入3PL,不仅有利于降低建材企业成本、优化资源配置、提高企业竞争力,同时对整个建材行业的管理规范、质量保障、可持续发展都将起到有效作用。文中对我国建材物流发展现状以及应用3PL给建材企业带来的优势进行了探讨,在此基础上又分析了建材企业应用3PL服务存在的困难,并提出了相应的对策。
