| 摘 要： | 我国与东盟近年来在双边贸易与相互投资上有了很大发展,在前景上既面临着前所未有的良好机遇,同时又面临着不可忽视的挑战。机遇主要表现为双边贸易获得长足增长,直接投资迅速增加,贸易与投资合作的领域拓宽,水平提高。挑战主要表现为出口竞争加剧和吸引外资的竞争更加明显。只看到机遇而忽视挑战或只注意到挑战而忽略对挑战的深入分析都不是科学的态度。

| Abstract: | There has been great progress in the relationship of bilateral trade and mutual investment between China and ASEAN in recent years. For the developing future, there are both opportunities and challenges. It is not reasonable to notice only opportunities but ignore challenges and see only challenges but miss profoundly further research on them. |
